Cancellation

You may cancel your purchase and receive a complete refund if your cancellation request is submitted before fabrication or production of your custom artwork has commenced.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the personalised nature of our creations. Each artwork involves dedicated design work, premium materials, manufacturing resources, and skilled artisan craftsmanship specifically for your order.


📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

Every Artnik artwork is packaged with exceptional care. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we offer an Open Delivery option to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of the damaged item.
  • Provide images of the external packaging.
  • Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

After reviewing the claim, we will provide either a complimentary replacement or a full refund depending on the circumstances.


💡 LED Base Warranty

If your LED light base is delivered non-functional or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement LED base at no additional cost.

Simply contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement promptly.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout through Stripe.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
